About me

I have over 12 years of experience in counselling, beginning with a person centred foundation and developing into an integrative approach. Through additional specialist training, I tailor my work to suit each individual, drawing on a range of effective methods including Brainspotting, couples counselling and The Rewind Technique.
I offer flexible sessions to fit your needs, whether that's in person, online, or via telephone., so you can access support in a way that feels most comfortable for you.
I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of presenting issues, including neurodiversity, stress, negative thinking patterns, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, and challenges with self esteem and confidence. I also work with individuals affected by domestic and emotional abuse (supporting both men and women) family difficulties, relationship issues, both personal and work related, as well as academic pressures and coaching goals.
My practice is trauma informed at its core, and I aim to offer a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported to make meaningful, lasting changes in your life.

Areas of interest

I have extensive experience supporting both individuals and groups to gently explore and work through anxiety, stress, grief and trauma in a safe and supportive environment. Resulting in helping individuals moving toward greater clarity, resilience and emotional wellbeing to explore your experiences and begin the process of healing and change.
