Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. As a BACP?accredited Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, I use a blend of therapeutic approaches so sessions can be shaped around what you personally need. We can explore whatever difficulties you're experiencing, even those that may feel painful or overwhelming. I'm here to offer a safe, confidential, and non?judgemental space where you can deepen your understanding of yourself and what you're going through, whilst maintaining your own personal goals towards creating the changes that matter to you.

I offer a private, quiet space for face?to?face sessions in Mold and Wrexham, North Wales as well as providing telephone or online sessions so you can access therapy from the comfort of your own home.
