About me

Freya is a Registered Dietitian (RD) with a decade of clinical experience working in the NHS. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge from multiple specialities. This includes working at Barts Health NHS Trust, London in one of the UK's leading cardiac care centres and one of the busiest major trauma hospitals in Europe. She has a particular interest in Gastroenterology, as per areas of expertise listed below.

She is passionate about providing evidence-based, practical nutrition advice that is tailored to your individual preferences, supporting both your long-term health and quality of life.

Qualifications:
BSc Nutrition and Dietetics, Queen Margaret University Edinburgh

Dietary management and the low FODMAP diet in IBS, King's College London

British Dietetic Association (BDA)
