About me

I'm an experienced psychotherapist with an MA in Psychotherapy, accredited with the BACP, and I've 20 years experience. I work both in-person and I'm also experienced in working via Zoom.

I specialise in working with creativity & creative blocks, workplace issues, childhood trauma, self-esteem, relationships and anger issues.

I work in a creative, relational and collaborative way, that will be tailored to you as an individual. We may look at what choices you have, at what's your body communicating, making links between past and present, dreamwork, narrative and self-reflection.
