I am a highly trained clinical psychologist and clinical neuropsychologist dedicated to helping individuals and supporting a positive mental well-being. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches including CBT, ACT, CFT and EMDR. With expertise in both emotional and cognitive functioning, I specialise in assessing and treating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma and brain injury.
