About me

I am a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist and EMDR Europe-accredited practitioner, with experience working in NHS community mental health services. I support adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, and complex emotional difficulties.

I offer a compassionate and structured approach, integrating CBT and EMDR to help you understand your difficulties and process distressing experiences. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with past events, I aim to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your needs. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work at your pace, focusing on meaningful and lasting change.

Areas of interest

I work with adults (18+) presenting with a range of psychological difficulties, including anxiety disorders (generalised anxiety, panic, social anxiety), depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, low self-esteem, stress and burnout, and difficulties associated with personality disorders.

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and tailor interventions according to individual need. Within CBT, I offer evidence-based interventions such as behavioural activation, cognitive restructuring, exposure therapy, and skills-based approaches for emotional regulation.

Within EMDR, I support clients in processing traumatic memories and distressing life experiences, including complex and developmental trauma.

I have experience working with individuals in both NHS and private settings, including those with complex presentations and comorbid difficulties.
