About me

Experienced Counsellor working with individuals age 18+.

I am an experienced counsellor providing a safe, calm, non-judgmental space in which you can talk about any difficulties you may be experiencing.

I work in a relational way, which places a high value on the relationship between counsellor and client. Together we will create an environment in which you feel safe to explore any issues, past or present which are impacting your life now. I will seek to help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings and patterns of behaviour and explore changes you may wish to make. Together we can seek to understand the meanings you attach to your experiences and your relationships with others, develop and enrich your sense of self, your self esteem and ability to cope. Being truly heard, sometimes for the very first time, can be key in helping you feel better and enable you to find a new way forward.

I value the individuality of each client and will adapt my way of working to your needs. I hold firm the belief that every individual has potential to grow and change. I believe that the therapeutic relationship provides a supportive space to nurture such growth.
