I am Clinical Psychologist currently working within the NHS CMHT Older Adult Service (65+) supporting individual facing a range of psychological challenges. My experience includes working with adults, adolescents and older adults from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning that I tailor my methods to each client's unique needs. I primarly draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)-based interventions with a strong focus on trauma, I am EMDR trained.
I provide psychological therapy in both Italian and English
