My approach draws on attachment theory, relational psychoanalysis, psychodynamic theory, neuroscience, polyvagal theory, body psychotherapy and mindfulness. This integration means I can tailor therapy to your unique experiences, helping you feel understood and supported.

Many clients come to me with attachment difficulties, complex or developmental trauma, or challenges stemming from early paternal absence.
