About me

I am a Registered Member MBACP (Accred) offering individual and couples counselling in Orpington and the South East London area. I provide a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly about anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, emotional distress, low self-esteem, or sleep concerns such as insomnia.

Together, we will explore what is happening for you, develop a greater understanding and find practical ways to support positive change.

Sessions are available in person and online, with a compassionate, collaborative approach tailored to your needs.
