About me

I am a bilingual (English/German) psychotherapist accredited with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I hold an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy (University of Roehampton: Distinction) and a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling (University of Chichester: Distinction). I offer long- and short-term psychotherapy for adults presenting with a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, work-related issues, relationship problems, unfulfilled child wish, infertility, life transitions, bereavement and other life challenges. My approach is rooted in empathy, compassion and non-judgement. I believe each person has the potential to heal and grow. I am here to support you in your journey towards greater well-being and fulfilment.?

My previous international career in the corporate world helped me gain a deeper understanding of different cultures and ways of life, build collaboration skills, flexibility and adaptability.

I understand that seeking therapy can be a difficult decision. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

I currently offer face-to-face sessions in Arundel, West Sussex, and remote sessions online via Zoom.
