About me

Anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties or feeling overwhelmed can make everyday life hard. You may know what is troubling you, or simply feel that something needs to change. You don't need a clear explanation to begin counselling.
I'm a BACP Accredited counsellor offering counselling for individual adults in Farnborough, Hampshire, and online across the UK. My experience spans private practice, charities and education. I work with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, bereavement, addiction and relationship difficulties.

I have a particular interest in ADHD and neurodivergence, informed by both my professional work and personal understanding. Whether you have a diagnosis or are exploring what fits your experience, we can make space for the impact on your confidence, relationships and everyday life.

We'll work together to understand your experiences, recognise patterns and explore what you would like to change. I listen carefully and sometimes offer a different perspective. Where gentle challenge might help, I'll check with you first. Your perspective matters, including when something I suggest doesn't fit.
