About me

I am a BACP Accredited psychotherapist specialising in perinatal loss, fertility challenges, and reproductive trauma. I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can speak freely, at your own pace, without needing to explain or justify how you feel.

I work with approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Person-Centred Therapy to support clients navigate their way through grief, anxiety and uncertainty.

I am registered with the British Infertility Counselling Association and am trustee of pregnancy loss charity, Cradle.

I understand the nuances and complexities of pregnancy loss and challenging fertility journeys and provide a therapeutic relationship that does not try to move you on from your grief, rather through it into a new season of your life.
