About me

We lead complex lives and are constantly pressured to adapt. Today's �global connectivity� can ironically leave us feeling isolated from others�and sometimes from ourselves.

For the past 15 years I have built a private practice as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, helping clients listen, reflect, and transform issues vital to their mental wellbeing. I have more than twenty years' experience working across diverse cultures in complex urban settings in the US and Europe; and twenty years' involvement in the arts and media through both practice and study.

I provide a safe, confidential space to explore difficult feelings and accompany you throughout your therapeutic journey. I believe distress arises from our unique life experiences; through attentive listening and collaborative conversation.
I support you in finding your own solutions.

Having personally experienced the emotional challenges of leaving my country, I have a particular interest in displacement issues�from the consequences of migration to questions of identity.
