About me

Hello, I'm Charlie Harris and I am a counsellor & psychotherapist working with adults in Northampton.

I also work UK-wide and internationally, online.

I work in an integrative collaborative way with clients, making sure that the therapy is tailored and suited to your unique experiences and ways of thinking. Your best interests will be at the heart of the work we do together.

I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and am bound by their Ethical Framework.

I am also a member of the Black, African and Asian Therapy Network (BAATN).

My way of working is person-centred which means I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space full of empathy and warmth for you to explore what has brought you to seek professional help.

My core belief is that there should always be a strong relationship between the client and the therapist and we will use this connection to guide you towards a better understanding of your thoughts and feelings.
