About me

I am a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience working in both the NHS and private practice. I provide assessment and evidence-based psychological therapy for children, adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.

I work with a broad range of presentations including anxiety disorders, depression and low mood, stress, trauma and PTSD, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), health anxiety, panic, phobias, grief and bereavement, adjustment difficulties, self-esteem difficulties, emotional regulation difficulties, and psychological challenges associated with physical health conditions. I also provide parenting support and work with parents who are seeking guidance in understanding and responding to their child's emotional, behavioural or psychological needs.

I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and systemic approaches, tailoring therapy to the individual needs of each person.

Alongside my private practice, I hold a senior NHS clinical psychologist role within a specialist tertiary paediatric health service, where I work as part of multidisciplinary teams supporting children, young people and families facing complex health and psychological challenges.

I aim to provide a warm, compassionate and collaborative therapeutic space where people feel safe to explore difficulties and work towards meaningful change. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is central to my approach, and I strive to ensure that clients feel understood, supported and empowered throughout the therapy process.
