Pro+ Physio is a specialist physiotherapy provider delivering evidence-based assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative conditions. Our team of HCPC-registered and Chartered Physiotherapists (MCSP) is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care that helps individuals recover from injury, reduce pain, restore movement, and return to their daily activities with confidence.

We offer comprehensive physiotherapy services for acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, including back and neck pain, sports injuries, joint disorders, tendon injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and persistent pain. We also provide specialist neurological rehabilitation for patients living with stroke, Parkinson's disease, Multiple Sclerosis, balance disorders, and other neurological conditions. Treatment plans are individually tailored following a detailed clinical assessment and may include manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, functional movement training, education, and self-management strategies.

Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy
* Management of back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, knee pain, ankle and foot conditions, arthritis, tendon disorders, muscle strains and ligament injuries.

Neurological and Home Visit (Domiciliary) Physiotherapy
* Specialist rehabilitation for adults living with neurological conditions including Stroke, Parkinson's disease, Multiple Sclerosis, peripheral neuropathy and balance disorders.

Acupuncture - Member of AACP (Acupuncture Association for Chartered Physiotherapists)
* Acupuncture provided by a qualified physiotherapist as an adjunct to evidence-based physiotherapy treatment.

Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT)
* Commonly used for plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, tennis elbow, patellar tendinopathy, gluteal tendinopathy and calcific shoulder tendinopathy.

Post-Operative Rehabilitation
*Orthopaedic surgery including joint replacements.
