About me
Hi, I'm Ruby.
I'm a London-based registered dietitian supporting children and young people with feeding difficulties, neurodivergence, and complex nutritional needs.
I work with families who feel worried or overwhelmed when mealtimes become stressful or feeding doesn't go as expected. My approach is neuro-affirming, compassionate, and practical, meeting your child where they are, not where they're supposed to be.
Every child's nutrition journey is unique. I focus on growth, nourishment, safety, and wellbeing while respecting sensory needs, routines, and individuality. Whether your child eats very little, has a limited range of foods, struggles with weight concerns, or is tube-fed, I create realistic, achievable support that's free from judgement.
I'm passionate about culturally inclusive care and making nutrition advice accessible and empowering. I work closely with families, schools, and other professionals so you don't have to navigate feeding challenges alone.
At Dietitian Fit & Co, my goal is to help feeding feel calmer, more manageable, and less stressful one step at a time.
