About me

Im a qualified BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and a trained EMDR Therapist (registered with EMDR Association UK, working towards my accreditation). I have worked in mental health for nearly 15 years across different sectors: private, NHS and charity.

I love what I do. I feel real joy by helping people. Specifically, helping people to understand themselves better, by listening to them and helping them make changes that benefit their lives.

My approach to therapy is compassionate, non-judgemental and honest. I love to laugh, so if we can laugh along the way, I'm all for it, life is heavy enough at times.
