About me

Hi and welcome to my page, im Kellie and I am an Accredited Psychotherapist (MBACP) with over 11 years of clinical experience, offering a calm, steady and compassionate space for adults who want to understand themselves more deeply and move forward with clarity. My work is rooted in Person?Centred Therapy, and I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to provide structure, tools and evidence?based strategies where they are helpful. This blend allows clients to explore their experiences at their own pace while also having access to practical support that can create meaningful and lasting change.

Much of my work focuses on supporting people through anxiety, including generalised anxiety, panic, health anxiety, social anxiety and the physical symptoms that often accompany them. I help clients understand what's happening in their mind and body, reduce overwhelm, and build confidence in managing day?to?day life again.

I also have extensive experience working with trauma, including developmental trauma, relational trauma, and the impact of difficult or destabilising life events. My approach is gentle, paced and grounded, helping clients feel safe enough to explore their experiences without becoming overwhelmed. Clients often describe me as warm, steady and easy to talk to, and I take great care to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel genuinely heard, understood and supported.

Throughout my career, I have worked in private practice, community services and wellbeing settings, supporting people through stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, workplace pressure and significant life transitions. I believe therapy should feel human, accessible and empowering. Whether you are navigating a specific challenge or seeking longer?term personal growth, we will work collaboratively to understand what you need and how best to support you. My approach is always tailored to the individual, combining compassion with clear, practical guidance to help you move towards greater emotional wellbeing and resilience.
