About me

Hearing Your Story Focused on You
|| Putting the Puzzle Pieces Together for Lasting Change ||

Sometimes life feels like a puzzle that no longer fits. Pieces that once made sense stop working, and the picture that forms isn't the one we want. We may try forcing certain pieces into place, but instead of clarity, we feel stuck, frustrated, or out of balance.

My psychotherapy approach is based on modern contextual behavioural science, including Acceptance and Mindfulness-based Psychotherapies, along with Schema and Cognitive-behavioural Therapies.

Therapy is a chance to step back, sort through the pieces, and rebuild a picture that reflects who you truly are.

Together, we'll explore each pieceyour experiences, memories, emotions, and patternsseeing how they connect, which no longer serve you, and what can be changed. Instead of focusing on just one piece, step by step, we'll rework the puzzle to reflect the life you want to live: balanced, meaningful, and truly yours.

|| Building the puzzle together ||

Instead of focusing on diagnostic labels, like major depressive disorder or somatic symptom disorders, we look at the patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviours and schemasunique to youlike rumination of a past relationship or difficulty asserting your needs that may be keeping you stuck. By understanding and reshaping these patterns, we create a personalised path for change, helping you build resilience, balance, and a more fulfilling life.

We will first work together to create a personalised network map of your difficulties. Think of it as a diagram of your life's puzzleshowing the key pieces and how they connect. This map helps us understand not only your current challenges but also the story behind them. Step by step, we'll use it to guide meaningful change, with curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to your well-being.

In our sessions, we'll focus on targeted interventions designed to shift the pieces that keep your problems in place. You'll learn practical, personalised skills that directly address your needs and support lasting progress.

With personalised guidance and daily support, you'll stay on track, turn insights into action, and build the life that truly matters to you.

|| Personalisation at your fingertips ||
Therapy isn't just about what happens in our sessionsit's about how change unfolds in daily life. Since we only meet for 50 minutes a week, between our sessions, we will integrate a cutting-edge therapy app to help you stay engaged and make steady progress.

Using a simple mobile app (iOS & Android*), you'll receive daily tailored evidence-based prompts, exercises, and practicesfrom short readings and videos to guided mindfulness and self-compassion exercises. These nudges keep you focused, motivated, and supported right when you need it most.

But this isn't just about remindersit's about real progress. Whether it's a mindfulness exercise, a self-compassion prompt, or a technique to navigate challenging emotions. The app will track your reflections and progress through clear visuals, helping us see what's working and adjust along the way. Together, we'll build a personalised toolkit of strategies you can carry with you anytimeempowering your growth far beyond our sessions.

Let's begin a therapy journey that is truly yourspersonalised, insightful, and empowering.

I'm a UK-based board-certified Clinical and Health Psychologist, registered with the HCPC (#PYL043565) and Chartered with the BPS (C.Psychol). I help individuals and couples navigate emotional and behavioural challenges using mindfulness- and acceptance-based therapies, integrating compassion, values-driven action, and behavioural science. My approach is pragmatic and evidence-based, focusing on strategies that create measurable impact and lasting growth.
