Who I work with:
I work with individuals and people in relationships - be that couples or those in multiple partnered relationships, as well as family relationships, friends or colleagues.
I am committed to providing affirmative therapy with all clients, regardless of how you present and see the world - you don't have to be anyone but yourself. My practice is inclusive of all GSRD identities.
I work with clients of all ages, backgrounds and experiences and I welcome anyone to get in touch about working together. I have a particular interest in working with young adults, millennials and Gen Z.
Adaptations:
If you have any type of disability or neurodivergence, I would encourage you to let me know so that we can consider how to ensure your needs are met.
Location:
I work online and in-person. I hold face to face sessions in Shoreditch and North Finchley.
Areas of interest
In addition to my private practice, I have experience of working in NHS and bereavement counselling services.
I am part of the Aashna community of counsellors and psychotherapists and I am committed to embracing difference and individuality in my counselling practice.
I am very interested in work-related stress and workplace mental health and often work with organisations to improve their wellbeing practices. I also have a keen interest in mental health in elite sport, and have undertaken a Sports Psychotherapy training.
