About me

I am a psychotherapist working with individuals and couples in both traditional and diverse relationships. With ten years of experience, I have supported individuals from a wide range of backgrounds helping them navigate challenges such as bereavement, anxiety, identity, family dynamics, trauma and personal growth.
Working with couples, I have excellent experience in conflict resolution, communication, working through betrayals and restoring connection.
