About me

We all struggle at timesit's part of being human. My role is to help you make sense of those difficult moments using evidence-based therapy and a compassionate, grounded approach. I work with adolescents and adults. I also offer parenting support to parents of children of all ages, including the transition to becoming a parent. I can help you to build self-compassion for your struggles which will then help to inform treatment that enables you to find exits and make meaningful changes, to enable you to live life in your valued direction.

With vast l experience working as a therapist in the NHS I bring depth, care, and a range of tools to support you on your journey. As Clinical Psychologist I have been trained in a number of therapeutic approaches, that are evidence-based and have a trauma-informed lens, to enable you to utilise the best approach for your individual difficulties.

My aim is always to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel understood and at ease. You will also feel secure in knowing you are working with a very experienced and compassionate therapist. Together, we'll identify the changes that matter most to you. I deeply believe in people's capacity to grow and make meaningful change.
