About me

I qualified as an Osteopath in 2008 and completed a Master's degree in Paediatric Osteopathy, developing a specialist interest in supporting babies, children, families, and patients across all stages of life.

My approach is centred around patient-focused care, where I aim to understand the individual rather than simply focus on symptoms. I believe that effective treatment involves working collaboratively with patients to understand their health goals, challenges, lifestyle, and circumstances, helping them develop practical strategies to support long-term wellbeing.

I have a particular interest in newborn babies experiencing feeding challenges, unsettled behaviour, and difficulties following birth. I enjoy working closely with families during these early stages, providing a supportive environment where parents feel listened to and empowered.

I have extensive experience working with gymnasts, cheerleaders, and athletes of all ages, supporting performance, injury recovery, and the physical demands of sport. I also have a special interest in hypermobility syndromes, chronic fatigue/M.E., and a wide range of sports-related injuries affecting children, teenagers, and adults.

Having worked with a diverse range of patients, I have significant experience supporting individuals with Autism and ADHD and understand the importance of adapting care to meet each person's unique needs. I am committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming practice for all patients, including those from the LGBTQ+ community.

I am passionate about helping people understand their bodies, build confidence in managing their health, and make sustainable changes that support their wellbeing.
