Hello, my name is Tamar (this is pronounced tay-maar, for those who get anxious about unusual names). I work with a range of issues, including anxiety and depression. My specialism is fertility working with pregnancy anxiety and infant loss.
I am a Counsellor and Coach. Additionally I am a Rewind Trauma Therapy practitioner (this is an alternative treatment to EMDR), fertility and adoption counsellor. I adhere to an ethical framework within my practice to ensure I am working safely with you.
