About me

An accredited Psychotherapist with over a decades worth of experience, supporting people through life's challenges. Whilst experience matters, choosing a therapist who is right for you is just as important.

For as long as I can remember, I've wanted to work in mental health and as soon as I could, I began my Master's in Counselling Psychology � From there my journey has taken me from working in Charities, to prisons, the NHS and now my private practice; all of which have helped me discover the kind of therapist I truly want to be.

My roots are in Person-Centred counselling, however over the years I have developed a more integrative approach which has been shaped by my continuous development, as well as the places and people I've had the privilege of working with.

My approach, means you are at the centre of everything we do. Together, we'll explore the areas of your life that you feel are most important to you, connecting the dots to create greater understanding of your experiences and supporting you to move forward.

For me, it is essential to show up as my authentic self, which helps to create strong therapeutic relationships and supports meaningful change.
