About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist with over ten years' experience working in mental health care settings with children and adults. My experience includes supporting people with a range of difficulties such as anxiety, low mood, trauma, relationship difficulties, bereavement, and work-related challenges including stress and burnout. I also have experience working with people who are neurodivergent and take a neurodiversity-affirming approach.

I aim to provide a collaborative and supportive space to help people make sense of their experiences and work towards meaningful change. I draw upon a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).

I offer both shorter-term focused therapy and longer-term work. If you're considering therapy and would like to know more about how I work, I'm happy to answer any questions to help you decide whether I might be the right fit for you.
