About me

I'm a Clinical Psychologist specialising in trauma and complex emotional difficulties.

Many of the people I work with feel stuck with long-standing difficulties; caught in patterns that don't make sense, or reacting in ways they wish they could change. They might be high-functioning but struggling internally. This might include feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or struggling in relationships, often linked to past experiences.

I will help you to make sense of these patterns and help you move forward. Together, we can ensure that you feel more in control of emotions, stop repeating relationship patterns, reduce the intensity of trauma responses, feel clearer, calmer, and more stable.

I use EMDR, a highly effective therapy for trauma, alongside parts-based approaches. We will work together to process difficult experiences, reduce distress, and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is active, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel more in control of your life.

I have over 15 years' experience working in NHS and forensic settings, including with highly complex presentations. I am a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist and bring this depth of experience into my private practice.

I work with adults (18+) experiencing a range of difficulties, particularly those linked to trauma and long-standing emotional patterns.

Sessions are typically weekly and can be short- or longer-term depending on your goals.
