About me

I am a BACP-registered and accredited Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor with over ten years' experience supporting adults. Based in Surrey, I offer face-to-face, online and telephone sessions.

My approach is compassionate and flexible, drawing from Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, Gestalt and Existential models to meet each person's unique needs. I offer both short-term, solution-focused work and longer-term therapy, depending on your goals.

Alongside private practice, I am a Clinical Supervisor with a national bereavement charity. My previous roles include leading a school-based counselling service and managing a team of children's counsellors. I have also provided crisis counselling for young people referred via CAMHS, and worked within NHS IAPT and university settings.

I aim to support clients in exploring their difficulties, developing self-awareness and acceptance, and moving toward a fuller experience of life.
