About me
I am a Clinical Psychologist with over ten years' experience supporting adults, children, and families across a range of settings. I work with people experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma, stress, and the emotional impact of significant life changes.
I have particular experience in perinatal mental health, supporting parents during pregnancy and the postnatal period. I understand that this stage of life can bring both joy and unexpected challenges, and I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space to explore difficulties such as anxiety, low mood, birth trauma, identity changes, and adjustment to parenthood.
I believe that mental health difficulties can affect anyone, and I feel privileged to walk alongside people during challenging times. I work in a neuro-affirming way, recognising and valuing neurodiversity, and supporting individuals to better understand their strengths, needs, and unique ways of experiencing the world, while navigating environments that may feel overwhelming or invalidating.
My work is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. I draw on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. My aim is to help you feel understood, deepen self-understanding, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
