About me
Life doesn't always give us room to pause, reflect, or simply breathe. You might be carrying more than you let on. Whether it's anxiety that won't settle, a sadness that lingers, or a sense that something just isn't quite right. Therapy offers a place to lay it down, look at it together, and begin to make sense of it.
I've been working in mental health for over a decade, starting out at the Sangam Foundation and CPPD's counselling service in North London. Since then, I've built a private practice that supports people through the quiet struggles and loud storms of life. Whether that's grief, depression, relationship difficulties, or the kind of anxiety that makes even small tasks feel enormous.
My approach is integrative, which means I worth with different therapeutic approaches depending on what is necessary during the process. I draw from psychodynamic, humanistic, and CBT models, adapting our sessions to suit your pace and your story. Some days we might focus on practical tools; other days we'll sit with the deeper stuff, memories, patterns, or emotions that are hard to name.
Therapy with me isn't about quick fixes - it's about creating a space where you can be honest, even if that honestly feels messy or difficult. That's where change begins.
If you're curious about working together, I offer a free 20-minute video or phone call. It's a chance to talk, ask questions, and see if it feels like a good fit.
