About me

Miss Fatayer is a Consultant Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Trust, working across Aintree, the Royal Liverpool, and Broadgreen Hospitals. She is part of a major regional breast unit, providing comprehensive care for patients with breast disease.
She completed her surgical training with dedicated subspecialty experience in oncoplastic and reconstructive breast surgery, encompassing breast-conserving techniques, implant-based reconstruction, and risk-reducing surgery for gene mutation carriers and other high-risk groups. She was appointed as a Consultant Breast Surgeon following the completion of her specialist training and the national TiG fellowship.
Her clinical practice focuses exclusively on breast disease and breast-related conditions, including breast cancer surgery, reconstruction, fat transfer, and aesthetic and revision breast procedures. She offers private consultations and surgery for Bupa and other insured patients at Spire Murrayfield Hospital Wirral.
Miss Fatayer is actively involved in medical education. She serves as the Breast Specialty Lead and the Year 2 Lead for Breast and Endocrine Surgery at the University of Liverpool and represents the Association of Breast Surgery (ABS) as the University's Champions Lead.
She has published and presented her work nationally and internationally, contributing to the ongoing development of breast surgery and surgical training.
