About me

I'm a compassionate, down-to-earth therapist who believes deeply in the strength and resilience of the people I work with. My approach is guided by a genuine belief in the healing power of human connection, and in the value of sharing knowledge to help people better understand themselves and their experiences.

Over the past 17 years, I've supported people living with low mood, anxiety, and trauma, often in the context of major life or health changes. I specialise in helping individuals navigate the emotional impact of illness, persistent pain, cancer, and the uncertainty that can come with living in a body that doesn't always feel predictable.

I'm also passionate about maternal health, offering support through fertility challenges, pregnancy, loss, and the transition to motherhood times of both profound hope and deep vulnerability.

At the heart of my work is the aim to provide a safe, reflective space where you can pause, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with what matters most to you. Much of my work centres on helping people rebuild confidence, reconnect with their values, and move towards a life that feels meaningful, even when circumstances can't be easily changed.

Areas of interest

I support people (16+) experiencing depression, anxiety, and trauma, especially when these difficulties arise alongside physical health challenges.

I offer a compassionate space for women navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy, loss, and the often-complex transition to motherhood.
