About me

I offer non judgemental, gently supportive psychotherapeutic counselling for those aged 16-18 years old by online video, telephone or in person. I also offer psychotherapeutic counselling supervision and teach counselling and psychotherapy. I have an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I work with those who have any of a broad range of issues including relationship breakdown; stress; depression; anxiety; work issues; grief; alcohol misuse; abuse; transitions; lifecycle events; family and friend relationships.
