About me

After working for many years within the NHS I took a career break, and now work on a private basis. I work with adults with a range of difficulties, but mainly mood disorders such as anxiety or depression, self-esteem and relationship issues, or who are dealing with the effects of trauma (both past and present). I work both online and from my little therapy room within my home, set in a quiet and peaceful village. My working hours are limited but flexible.
