About me

I am an accredited integrative neuro-affirming psychotherapist, couple's counsellor and clinical supervisor. My aim is to support you in your journey gaining awareness of what is happening to you. The first important step in the healing process.

Seeking help during a time you need help the most, may stir a strong feeling of vulnerability. However, it is also a time that holds the opportunity for personal empowerment and growth. I believe there is 'no one size fit for all' approach in psychotherapy and I will take an integrative approach combining the best counselling theories to best support you. I aim to offer a safe, calm, non-judgemental and confidential space to explore any issue that may be troubling you, and will work collaboratively and respectfully to increase awareness and strengthen your resources.

I see myself as a guide, who will help and support you through any issue or emotional distress you may face, focusing on the past, present and future as I believe they all play a part in who we are. Remember to always "Be kind to yourself, growth take time, effort and patience"
