About Me:
I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist, having worked within an NHS setting with third-sector groups and also in private practice at Harley Street.

I have a wide range of experience including working with bereavement, loss, change, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, anger, depression and addictions.

Areas of interest

I work with adults with a variety of issues, including bereavement and grief; loss; trauma; PTSD, anxiety; anger; depression; boarding school syndrome.

I adopt an integrative approach to my work but am also informed by person-centred and psychodynamic theory.
