About me

I am a Counsellor who strives to empower clients towards developing their own abilities to manage the challenges that they are facing, achieving increased understanding and self growth along the way.

I truly believe that a trusting, equal & respectful relationship between the client and the counsellor is the key to a positive therapy experience and this is a cornerstone of my way of being and working.

I have 19 years of post qualification counselling experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I offer face to face, online, telephone and walk & talk counselling, taking therapy into nature.

Primarily I use a person centred approach, often integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy concepts. �I integrate various models of therapy dependent on a clients needs.�

I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, adhering to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling.
