About me

I have over 20 years experience working as an Integrative Counsellor and over 9 years as an EMDR therapist working with a diverse range of issues relating to personal and work life. I also work as a Couples Therapist and have a background in health and fitness, therefore, work from a holistic perspective with clients to enhance self-care. I will work with you together to explore the relationship between your thoughts, emotions and behaviour's enabling you to progress through the process of therapy helping you overcome the problems or issues and feel more in control of your daily life.
I believe the client knows themselves better than anyone. I will work with you from your own perspective in relation to your needs, therefore, making a positive change within your life to understand and to be able to cope in a more constructive, and different way that is more conducive to your everyday life and others around you.
I believe it is important to utilise my skills, expertise and knowledge to ensure you address issues that are impacting on your own mental health. I will work with you to empower and enhance your life utilising your own inner resources to resolve and heal past and present issues.
