I am a senior experienced Clinician and Surgeon, Researcher, Educator & Clinical Leader.

I provide one stop clinical consultations both in private sector and NHS

I perform wide range of general surgical procedures and all surgical procedures in my sub specialties including Oncoplastic and reconstructive breast surgery.

I am a Senior Consultant Oncoplastic Breast and Thyroid Surgeon at Barts Health NHS Trust - St Bartholomew Hospital and Newham University Hospital in London

I held Hon. Senior Lecturer at Queen Mary School of Medicine & Dentistry, University of London

I previously, held the positions of Network Director for breast Surgery 2017 to 2021
& Clinical Director for Cancer Surgery at Barts Health NHS Trust 2012 to 2014 and prior to that I was the Clinical Director of Surgery and Anaesthesia Division at Newham University Hospital for more than 9 years.
I am fellow of the Royal colleges of surgeons & Physicians (Glasgow) and the Royal college of Surgeons (England) and intercollegiate fellowship of the four Royal colleges of surgeons in UK & Ireland. I obtained the award of CCST (Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training)

I spent year's in scientific research and awarded a Master degree in Surgical science, Royal Postgraduate Medical School - University of London

I have gained wide experience in most disciplines of General surgery but have developed special interest & training in the modern management of Breast Disease including Oncoplastic & breast reconstructive surgical techniques & Thyroid & Parathyroid surgery.
During my supervised & structured higher surgical UK training programme, I have gained substantial training & wide experience in General Surgery and surgical management of cancers of breast and Thyroid, Bowel and in Laparoscopic / endoscopic surgery.

I was member of the Specialty Training committee if North Thames – and
I am accredited Educational & Clinical supervisor by the GMC – London Deanery
I am examiner in Surgery - University of London and external examiner to number of overseas medical schools

Areas of interest

I have an extensive long term experience in managing Breast, Thyroid and some General surgical procedures.
1- Oncoplastic Breast surgery, Including management of breast pain, Benign and breast cancer including performing Oncoplastic and immediate reconstructive breast Surgery in patients with breast cancer. Removal / Replacement of breast implants. Performing Segmental Mastectomy after Wire localisation - Bracketing / and symmetrisation, Augmentation & therapeutic mammoplasty.
Sentinel Lymph Nodes- Regional Lymph nodes clearance

2- Thyroid & Parathyroid disorders and surgery;
Neck Lymph nodes surgery

3- General surgery: Hernia surgery / skin Lumps and bumps / benign bottom conditions
