About me

Harriet has almost 10 years of experience as a dietitian and has worked in a variety of specialist areas including diabetes, weight management, neurology, respiratory and frailty. Harriet currently works as a First Contact Dietitian across various GP surgeries, as well as being a Neurorehab Dietitian at Cygnet Paddocks. In addition to this, she provides freelance services to individuals and case managers overseeing complex care cases for both adults and children.

In 2024 Harriet was shortlisted for Clinical Nutrition magazine's Community Health Professional of the Year, following developing a brand new dietetic service within neurorehab. Harriet regularly writes articles on various health topics and has been featured in Neurorehab Times and Network Health Digest.

Harriet has several testimonials to support her freelance work and frequently updates her Instagram page with tips to enhance her follower's health, along with recipes and articles.
