Hello, I'm Sally, I'm a BABCP accredited CBT therapist with over 10 years of experience delivering CBT for adults. I am also a University teacher and supervisor of trainee CBT therapists. I have availability for online and face to face CBT sessions on Monday and Tuesday afternoons and evenings in Sheffield.
