?
Her clinical experience spans primary and secondary care within the NHS, specialist trauma services, and the third sector. She previously offered psychological support to survivors of domestic abuse and gender-based violence, and she now divides her time between her private practice and her role as a Senior Counselling Psychologist in a trauma service in London.
?
Alina has worked extensively with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic, health anxiety, addiction, and relationship difficulties. She also has significant experience supporting refugees, asylum seekers, and those affected by war and displacement.
?
At the heart of Alina's therapeutic work is a commitment to creating a safe, collaborative, and compassionate space where clients feel understood and supported. She is passionate about empowering people to explore their experiences, rebuild their sense of self, and reconnect with what matters most to them. Her aim is to help clients not only heal from trauma but also move toward a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
