About me

I am a highly experienced Occupational Therapist with over 14 years of professional practice, including the past eight years specialising in mental health and the last 3 years specialising further into perinatal mental health. I have a particular interest in mental health, co-morbidities and autism.

at the start of my career I gained extensive experience in various departments, including acute stroke, care for the elderly, community rehabilitation, respiratory care, and the high dependency unit.

I am passionate about helping people improve their quality of life and overall wellbeing through tailored, person-centred approaches. My skills are adaptable and can be applied across various areas of life, including home, community, and workplace settings.
