About me

I am a qualified counsellor and a registered accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am an accredited cognitive analytic therapist (CAT) and a EMDR therapist. I am constantIy updating my skills and knowledge in order to be able to help people that have experienced significant adversity in their lives.

I enjoy working with people from various ethnic, cultural and class backgrounds, the LGBTQ+ demographic, and all age groups above 16.
I am passionate about supporting people who have experience of complex trauma and adverse life events and therefore may struggle emotionally, in relationships and with their self-worth and self-perception. I am particularly interested in working with migrants and expats, which is a demographic that I occupy.

My clients will have the opportunity to be in a non-judgmental space with me where they will be able to explore their feelings, circumstances and experiences in confidence in order to reach a positive outcome. I aim to help people understand their pain and distress, and improve their relationships with themselves and other people.
