About me

I work with people who may be experiencing difficulties such as burnout, stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional intensity issues, psychosis or relational difficulties.
As a clinical psychologist I am trained to use evidence based therapies to support you in making change and I am formally accredited/ trained in CBT, IPT and EMDR.
I offer therapy face to face in St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex or virtually by video-call or telephone.
