About me
I have been a Consultant Diabetologist and Endocrinologist since 1998 with extensive experience in managing endocrine disorders and diabetes and its complications. I have worked in two NHS trusts and have established and developed services in both diabetes, endocrinology and obesity. I have held several educational and managerial positions n the NHS. I regularly participate in national and international endocrinology and diabetes meetings and conferences and have published in a number of peer reviewed journals.
Areas of interest
Thyroid disorders; parathyroid disease and disorders of calcium metabolism; pituitary disease; adrenal disease; reproductive endocrinology; obesity. All aspects of diabetes management including the management of diabetes complications
