About me

Hi I am Samina, I am a Counselling Psychologist. I am also an accredited EMDR therapist and certified Coach. I have over 20 years of experience in providing psychological therapy to people experiencing a wide range of psychological difficulty. I have extensive experience working with everything from complex trauma to simple phobias, my clients have described me as warm and approachable. I love my role and feel privileged to share in my client journeys.

Taking the first step to get help is a brave one and often one of the hardest parts. Together we will unpick what is going on for you and identify a way forward to help you reach your full potential. I will work to help you understand where and why your problem started but at the same time provide you with the tools to move towards your best self.
