About me

Roz is the lead physio at Croxley Physio Academy, having started the business in 2018 and building a dedicated physio studio in the garden.

After graduation Roz worked in a private practice, she then moved onto working in the NHS covering several areas including Acute Medicine, Respiratory and Orthopaedics, before finally settling in the Outpatients department. In Outpatients Roz was promoted to a Senior position and was responsible for running a small satellite clinic.

Roz was also involved in setting up a physiotherapy service within the Rheumatology clinic and has experience of inflammatory disorders and a special interest in CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome).

Since graduating Roz has completed a number of courses including; Acupuncture Foundation Course, Mulligans NAGs & SNAGs, Lower Limb & Back Massage Course, Rheumatology Course for Developing an Inflammatory Back Pain Service, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Skills Training Course, Educators Course for Students, Resuscitation Training, First Aid.

A keen sportswoman, Roz has a great passion for Hockey, Swimming and Cycling as well as having a busy family life with her son, husband and mother. Roz also finds time to help out with the umpiring hockey, organising games and coaching.
